British Marine member SeaRegs is pleased to announce its new London training classroom at Trinity Buoy Wharf, where it will be running a regular schedule of maritime courses for individuals or groups.
This compliments its main Plymouth training centre where the organisation teaches masters, mates and crew for small commercial vessels, apprenticeships for boatmaster and workboat crew, plus the general public. SeaRegs states that having its own London training base provides greater flexibility to organise one-off courses for individuals, groups or companies at an affordable cost and convenient time The classroom is fully equipped with teaching aids, whiteboards, TV, nautical publications, first aid equipment, VHFs and charts etc. The Wharf offers opportunities for training on the dockside, such as line handling, safe access and dock-work.
Trinity Buoy Wharf is a convenient base with good transport links: East India Dock and Canning Town DLR being just a 10-15 minutes walk and London City Airport just 20 minutes away, with hotels to suit all budgets. When on a course, tea and coffee is included. Lunch can be purchased on site from two local cafes or from a nearby shop.
