A number of industry experts will discuss the current options available to companies wishing to provide “greener” propulsion solutions. With both new vessel and retrofitting systems being reviewed, the discussions will cover available options including, alternative fuels, hybrid systems and pure electric systems and will look at what can be done now, before a brief outlook on the government’s plans for decarbonization.

11:30 – 12:30: (Live) Technical session focusing on clean air, the hire boat code and a quality assured boatyard pdate
Dedicated to the inland sector and some of the current key issues, this technical session will be giving updates on the governments Clean Air plan, an update on the Hire Boat Code and its timeframe to implementation, and an update on the Quality Assured Boatyard Scheme and its operation next year.
