Military Recruitment Scheme

Struggling to recruit and build that dream team?
Then we have the perfect solution for you!

Many of our members have flagged critical skills shortages as a serious barrier to continued business performance and growth. And we have listened!

Over the past months, we have been working behind the scenes collaborating and fostering relationships to facilitate significant opportunities on behalf of our members.

In response to our efforts, we are excited to introduce you to the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) and the Forces Employment Charity (FEC) to help you recruit from an ‘army’ of disciplined, highly motivated and ready-to-work service leavers and veterans (there are some 14,000 service leavers each year).

Who are the CTP?

The Careers Transition Partnership (CTP) is the MoD's official provider of Armed Forces Resettlement and provides a free recruitment service for employers wishing to hire ex-military personnel.

  • Cost-Effective Recruitment: Take advantage of CTP's no-cost advertising and vacancy matching services, a benefit already utilised by British Marine members and leading industry players, Princess, Sunseeker, and Pendennis. View the Employer Brochure to explore detailed services and successful case studies.

  • Financial Incentives: Employers hiring ex-UK Armed Forces personnel can also claim National Insurance contributions relief under certain conditions, enhancing your return on recruitment investments. Learn more about NI Relief.
