Our Engineering Department are looking to recruit a young and enthusiastic operative to help with a raft of boat maintenance duties at our boat yards at Egham and Windsor.

The work and learning centres on the ongoing maintenance and servicing our fleet of inland waterways trip boats, based on the mid non tidal Thames

Subject to suitability and aptitude the successful candidate will encounter some if not all of the following trades. We are also happy to investigate and sponsor college time where appropriate

Mechanical engineering

Diesel power plants, marine gearboxes and power trains

Basic hydraulics

Extra low voltage marine electrics

Welding and fabrication

Carpentry and finishing skills

Salary will be in line with age, existing qualifications and experience.
