Premier Marinas are looking to recruit a Night Shift Marina Operative to work at Chichester Marina. You will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. Our customers rely on us to deliver a safe and secure experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration:

• Proven customer service or customer facing experience
• Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations
• Ability to learn and use computer software systems
• "A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
• Be able to stay calm under pressure

Previous experience in a similar role would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given. In all cases we will support you to grow your skills and assist you to reach your potential. A full clean UK driving licence is essential.

Expect to spend some time patrolling the marina conducting safety checks and observing access to secure areas. Monitoring CCTV is also a key part of this role. You will be working 12 hour night shifts as per the duty rota which includes some weekends and Bank/Public holidays.
