 We are recruiting for a Marina Operative to join our small and friendly team at Pyrford Marina.

 Lying alongside the River Wey Navigation which stretches over 20 miles through the heart of Surrey, Pyrford Marina offers easy access to beautiful and exciting waterways ready to be explored.

 We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional levels of service to our customers and are on the hunt for someone with the same level of enthusiasm and attention to detail as us!

 What will the role as Marina Operative involve?

• Ensuring site inspections are regularly completed to keep our Marina in tip-top condition
• Undertake monthly registers of on-site crafts.
• Operating the dry-dock including boat handling
• Assist Customers with fuel dispensing and bottled gas sales
• Complete all maintenance tasks in an efficient and timely manner
• General onsite support where required

 What experience do you need to be a Marina Operative?

 We welcome applications from a range of backgrounds, however a short list of what you will need to be successful in this role are:

•  General Maintenance/Estates experience
• Have a high attention to detail and a passion for completing work to a high standard
• Ability to “get stuck in” and work collectively as a team
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A knack for problem solving, and ideally an interest in Boats!
