St Katharine Docks Marina is an extremely busy and high-profile visitor destination situated next to Tower Bridge in the centre of London. We aim to deliver the highest level of service and experience for our customers, demanding the very best from our team every day. To help us deliver exceptional service we are seeking to recruit a Dockmaster to support our busy team.

Working hours are between 0530-1330 and 1330-2030 which includes weekend working. Weekend days worked are substituted for lieu days during the week.

37.5 hours per week up to £16 per hour depending on experience.

• Reliable and able to work without supervision.
• Have excellent customer facing skills
• Well presented and take a pride in your surroundings.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Some form of marine background.

·         Be computer literate with experience in using word, excel, etc.

·         Live locally to the marina or commutable to the marina for 0530 starts.

·         Experience using VHF radio and powerboat level 2 would be advantageous.

·         A practical, basic knowledge of marine maintenance.
