- Gabbi Richardson, Founder of Yachting Ventures: As a visionary entrepreneur, Gabbi empowers startups in the leisure marine sector. Her expertise in venture capital and her deep understanding of the startup ecosystem fuels her passion for fostering innovation and growth.
- Rhoda Schnitzer, Leadership & Culture Director at Lippert EMEA: A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Rhoda specializes in leadership development and employee engagement, ensuring that the marine industry is a place where all voices can thrive.
- Helena Lennerstedt, CEO of Humphree: As the leader of a leading Swedish marine technology company, Helena brings invaluable experience from her time at Volvo Penta. Her commitment to innovation and transformational leadership is paving the way for the next generation of marine technology.

The panel will be moderated by Michele Goldsmith, Vice President and General Manager of Soundings Trade Only Group. Michele’s extensive experience in the marine sector makes her the perfect moderator to guide this important conversation.
