There is still time to secure your place at the highly anticipated Women in the Marine Industry International Panel and Networking Breakfast, taking place on Wednesday, 20 November 2024, during METSTRADE in Amsterdam. Held in the METSTRADE Theatre at RAI Amsterdam, the event will run from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM (with doors opening at 8:15 AM for registered attendees). The discussion will focus on the theme: ‘Visions of the Future: The Impact of Technology, AI, and People on the Future of Work’, during which panellists will delve into how emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, and a renewed focus on talent and diversity, are reshaping the marine sector.

  • Jemma Lampkin, Global Business Director at AkzoNobel Yacht Coatings: Leading the yacht coatings unit from Amsterdam, Jemma combines her marketing expertise with a passion for the marine industry, driving success across multiple regions.

The panel will be moderated by Michele Goldsmith, Vice President and General Manager of Soundings Trade Only Group. Michele’s extensive experience in the marine sector makes her the perfect moderator to guide this important conversation.
