The Short Range Certificate (SRC) is a mandatory qualification for operating VHF radios and Digital Selective Calling (DSC) equipment on boats. The SRC/VHF Online Course is designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to communicate effectively and safely at sea. The course is structured to offer flexible learning, allowing students to study at their own pace and convenience while receiving expert guidance from our experienced instructors, on demand, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Professional Practices and Responsibilities (PPR) course is an essential qualification for professional yachtsmen, focusing on the legal, regulatory, and ethical aspects of the maritime industry. The PPR Online Course is meticulously designed to provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of professional practices, ensuring that students are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of maritime operations. Those who take this course with Ardent Training will also benefit from our instant and on-demand instructor support available 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
