Rewarding existing members with British Marine Credits

British Marine, the trade association for the UK leisure, superyacht and small commercial marine industry, is delighted to announce the launch of its new membership rewards programme, the British Marine Member Loyalty Scheme.

This innovative new programme aims to reward its loyal members for being advocates of the Association and playing a pivotal role in introducing new members to the British Marine community.

Existing members have the potential to earn British Marine (BM) Credits, which can be redeemed towards the cost of, membership renewal fees, British Marine training courses such as the Recreational Craft Regulation (RCR) Awareness, Hire Boat Code; Social Media; Law Brokerage and a whole host of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses, from HR and business administration, to IT and leadership, as well as exhibitor stand fees at the prestigious Southampton International Boat Show.

Members become eligible to earn BM Credits when they are nominated on a new member's application form. However, to ensure fairness and transparency, certain criteria must be met, such as exclusivity of nominations are valid for prospective members who have not been members in the past 3 years.

BM Credits are valued up to £1,500, depending on the membership package of the new member (not applicable to new Access members) and there is no limit on the value of BM Credits that a member can accumulate through being nominated by different prospective members.
