New reports by ICOMIA and IMEC (in collaboration with LOGOS) features upcoming environmental legislation and trends

The International Council of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA) has published their latest quarterly reports on EU regulations affecting the marine industry, prepared by public affairs specialists LOGOS. These reports are now available for British Marine members to download.

ICOMIA LOGOS report April 2021: 

This report contains the latest quarterly report on EU regulations affecting the marine industry at a global level. The report includes an analysis of recent policy developments, political debates, decisions and positions of relevant stakeholders as well as strategic analysis. Items included in the report are:

  • Ship Recycling Regulations
  • Biocidal Product Regulation
  • Industrial Emissions Directive
  • Marine Strategy Framework Directive
  • Water Framework Directives
  • Revision of regulation 2015/757 on the monitoring of CO2 from maritime transport

International Maritime Employers' Council (IMEC)/ICOMIA LOGOS: This report looks specifically at the environmental regulations, policy developments and political debates and includes the following:
