Changes to the Merchant Shipping Bridge Visibility Regulations for Small Passenger Ships

The MCA ran a consultation on the Impact Assessment into the proposed changes to the small passenger ship bridge visibility requirements between June-July 2018 and has now published the responses and the outcome.

The outcome of the consultation is that the regulations will be changed and these changes will come into force on the 10 July 2019.
