Former crowned Superyacht UK Young Designer, Dastinas Steponenas, has unveiled an eye-catching superyacht called ECTHETA designed in honour of new Sky Atlantic series, ‘Riviera’. Approached by Sky Atlantic with this project, British Marine, through its association Superyacht UK, took the opportunity to promote this young talent. The winner of the 2016 edition of the prestigious design competition was hand-picked to design an exclusive yacht befitting of the new smash hit drama.

Christopher Karam, a student from Staffordshire University, scooped the top prize yesterday (Thursday 12 January 2017) in the Superyacht UK Young Designer Competition 2017, in partnership with Southampton Solent University. Held at the London Boat Show, the presentation was made by Tracey Crouch MP, Minister for Sport, Tourism and Heritage.
