The successful applicant will be required to provide excellent customer service with a range of duties, including:
Answering telephone calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries.
Operation of tidal Lock.
Undertake routine maintenance as required.
This role can be physically demanding and at times entail working in adverse weather conditions.
Recording details of any incidents and ensuring that senior colleagues are keep up-to-date with any operational issues which may occur.
Adherence to BWML’s Health and Safety policies and to General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) at all times.
This position requires commitment towards staffing the marina between the hours of 07:00 – 19:00 including some weekends.
