Job Role: Marketing ConsultantMelissa re-joined British Marine as the Head of Marcomms in May 2018 having covered the Boat Shows Marketing Manager role in 2012 – 2013. Her current role involves heading up the Marcomms team to deliver strategy, planning, activity and analysis across the association for events, membership and services.
Melissa brings a wealth of trade and consumer marketing experience to the role. She has worked on a wide variety of events including the British International Motor Show, British Formula 1 Grand Prix, Star Wars Celebration Europe, Keswick Mountain Festival, Art13, Foodex and Avex.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys singing with London Concert Chorus and Kentish Opera, as well attending regular ballet and tap classes. She also loves watching the Formula 1.
